Advertising & Listing Policy

All directory listings on LawDirectory.uk are paid advertisements.

Eligibility

Listings are open to individual lawyers and law firms who are currently authorised by a UK regulator and can provide a valid regulator or registration number.

Verification

Before publishing, we check each listing against the relevant public register to confirm current authorisation. We may re-verify at renewal or annually and will remove listings that no longer meet our requirements.

What is not allowed

Listings must not contain false or misleading claims, guarantees of legal outcomes, unverified specialisms or accreditations, fake reviews or ratings, or content that breaches regulator advertising rules. We may edit or reject listing content to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Separation of advertising and editorial

Paid placement does not influence our editorial content, including our Law Updates library. See our Editorial Policy.
